Conference rooms at the De Kroon Kamer we can seat from 10 to 120 persons depending on the event and type of lay-out. Ample safe parking is available at the venue. The onsite boardroom can seat up to 80 persons.

Amfi Function Centre

The Amfi Function Centre or hall is located just below the Amfi Theatre stage and can seat between 100 to 1500 delegates. It is often the venue of choice for Matric Farewell functions because it can easily be transformed into a stunning dream world. It is also the preferred venue for music events, large Christmas parties and Year-End functions. The venue boasts conference rooms that can seat between 20 and 800 delegates at a time. With secure parking and a safe environment the Amfi Function Centre is suitable for almost any type of event.

Conferences

If you want to book a Monument conference venue for a summit, large seminar, workshop or conference you will be glad to know that we offer several additional venues. Conference Room 1 can seat from 20-30 persons in various styles ranging from boardroom to school lay-outs. Conference Room 2 seats from 35 to 65 delegates in various lay-out styles including the herringbone and cinema. Kubula offers seating for 80 to 150 delegates and the Manschappen can seat from 80 to 150 while the Boma seats 40 to 80 delegates.

Various Conference Packages

Our onsite conference coordinators are here to assist with the arrangements for any event whether it is a training seminar or out-of-office conference or international summit. You will always have a go-to-person for the arrangements to ensure that all requirements are met.

Standard packages include a flipchart, overhead projector and screen, registration table as well as mints and water. It also includes break-away rooms and private LAN & Wi-Fi network with optional LAN and Wi-Fi networks, printer, fax, and broadband network Internet access.

Additional equipment for hire includes lapel and cordless microphones, video conferencing equipment, business centre for faxing and copying, and a data projector/LCD recording system. Various menu options are available to ensure that your specific culinary and refreshment requirements can also be met.

Delegates to the event can enjoy several activities nearby ranging from the Pretoria Zoo to horse riding, art galleries and markets, and city tours as well as adventure team building activities. Should your delegates want to enjoy a bosbraai after the event, you can always book the Boma for the occasion.
